Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to support business development efforts for our growing marketing agency. This role focuses on identifying new opportunities, speaking with local business owners, and helping them understand solutions that improve lead handling and customer engagement. The ideal candidate is comfortable with B2B conversations, can manage their own outreach and follow-up, and is interested in performance- based earnings. This position offers flexibility, training, and the opportunity to grow with a developing company. Responsibilities * Identify and engage potential clients through outbound outreach, referrals, and market research * Conduct discovery conversations with local business owners to understand their needs * Present marketing and lead management solutions in a clear, professional manner * Manage follow-up and pipeline activity using CRM tools * Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate information is shared with prospects * Maintain records of outreach, conversations, and deal status * Meet agreed-upon performance goals related to activity and closed deals Experience * Previous experience in B2B sales, business development, or customer-facing roles preferred * Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills * Familiarity with CRM tools or willingness to learn * Ability to work independently and manage time effectively * Sales experience in marketing, services, or technology is a plus but not required Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year Benefits: * Flexible schedule * Paid training * Professional development assistance Work Location: In person
