Guide them through consult qualify * close. * Hit targets, overdeliver, and rack up commissions. * Compete daily and win big on a floor that rewards performance. Who We're Looking For: * Proven top producers--bring W-2s, 1099s, or leaderboard screenshots. * Phone pros who know how to build trust and close fast. * Hungry, competitive, and coachable talent. * Driven reps from high-volume sales backgrounds. Schedule: Monday -Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM + one half-day Saturday/month. Onboarding: Weekly Monday classes --get in fast.
