Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in outside sales, business development, and account management, with a strong focus on B2B sales and technology solutions. This role involves developing new client relationships, managing accounts, and delivering compelling product demos to drive revenue growth. You will utilize CRM software such as GoHighLevel to track leads, manage customer interactions, and optimize sales strategies. A passion for customer service, negotiation skills, and the ability to analyze market trends are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, social media engagement, and marketing initiatives * Manage your existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations tailored to client needs * Develop and execute territory management plans to maximize sales opportunities * Engage in direct sales efforts, including inside and outside sales activities * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to increase revenue * Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively while maintaining customer trust * Utilize CRM software such as GoHighLevel for tracking sales activities, managing contacts, and analyzing performance data * Collaborate with management on strategic planning and market analysis * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets * Strong management skills with experience in territory management and lead generation * Proficiency in CRM software such as GoHighLevel or similar platforms * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills * Ability to conduct product demos effectively and upsell additional solutions * Analytical skills to assess market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape * Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required * Demonstrated ability to develop new business opportunities through cold calling and direct outreach * Customer service orientation with a focus on building long-term relationships * Ability to work independently while collaborating with team members for strategic growth initiatives Additional Pay Details * This position includes a small monthly base salary of $2000 to start plus commissions of 20% for products/services sold. products typically range between $1,000 to $10,000 * Additional bonuses will be paid out at the company's discretion * opportunities for salary raises and benefits may be available in the future at the company's discretion * other individuals in this role are averaging $60,000 to $100,000/ year in income.
