What You 'll Do As a Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist , you are the heartbeat of our company. Your mandate: hunt, negotiate, and secure off-market investment opportunities that fuel our fix-and-flip pipeline. Daily responsibilities include: * Generating, negotiating, and closing property deals with agents, wholesalers, and sellers * Running comps and underwriting to identify true investment-grade opportunities * Negotiating pricing and terms directly with sellers and agents * Attending property walkthroughs, capturing photos, and coordinating access * Collaborating with our Dispo team to move deals efficiently and profitably * Consistently hitting key performance metrics (calls, offers, deals closed) What We 're Looking For *Disciplined, Resilient, Coachable & Motivated - *You show up every day with intensity, drive, and a willingness to grow. * Sales DNA - Confident communicator, persistent, comfortable handling objections. * Problem-Solver - Turns obstacles into opportunities and finds ways to win. * Structured & Self-Driven - You thrive in a metric-driven environment and keep yourself accountable. * Relationship Builder - Skilled at building trust with agents, wholesalers, and sellers.
