JLC-Tech develops innovative LED lighting products and supplies our products to the high-end commercial architectural industry. We are seeking a highly organized, responsive & technically-oriented Inside Sales/Quotations Representative with excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow. A proactive, positive attitude and the willingness to collaborate with customers, your team and cross-functionally across the organization will be the keys to your success. Key Responsibilities: * Customer Interaction : Communicate via email & phone with customers to gather necessary information and clarify specifications. * Technical Support: Become an expert on JLC-Tech products. Provide general technical support to manufacturers' representatives, specifiers, distributors, electricians, and other customers, * Technical Aptitude: Compare a bill of materials to design and layout needs, including review of ceiling types & construction. * Quote Preparation: Review requests for quote, requests for information & drawings to prepare accurate and timely quotation. * Layouts : Review basic ceiling and lighting layouts and develop color-coded models. * Collaboration: Work closely with sales, procurement, and production teams to ensure the feasibility and accuracy of quotes. Be a team player. * Documentation : Accurately follow existing standard operating procedures and methodologies. Qualifications: * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. * Problem-solving mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Ability to work collaboratively within a team. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel & Outlook. Desired Attributes: * Associate's degree in business, finance, or a related field. * Previous experience in sales support, quotations or customer service roles. * Experience reading reflected ceiling plans, lighting schedules and familiarity with ceiling construction materials is a plus. * Lighting experience is a plus. * Knowledge of Quick Books Manufacturing & Salesforce is a plus.
