The Ohio Home Buyers * Acquisitions Sales Agent Roles and Responsibilities Job Offer * Manage pipeline of prospects * Must love being on the phone prospecting new clients * Schedule and conduct appointments * Build rapport with potential customers * Follow up on leads in a timely manner * Answer / return / follow up phone calls generated from lead system * Act as lead contact for sellers * Schedule and conduct appointments and negotiate a win/win solution for both parties * Take pictures of property and gather rehab estimate * Must be driven and have the mindset to want more financially * Work hard and have fun in a team environment! * * Duties * * Must go on 1 appointment / day * Go thru lead log daily * Talk to sellers daily * Structure: * * 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Mon - Fri Paid Training: 1 Week of paid training Total: $400.00 After 1st week of training, 10% commission only Commission: 10% commission on all wholesale deals assigned and completed. The commission is based on the net profit of the assignment. Will be paid out once funds have been wired to business. The % commission will be reflected on the HUD statement at closing.
