Duties * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance throughout their shopping experience. * Bilingual is a plus * Assist with vehicle management * Utilize retail math skills to assist with inventory management and sales tracking. * Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase sales. * Answer customer inquiries over the phone with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. * Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Requirements * Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Basic math skills for cash handling and retail transactions. * Familiarity with cash registers and point-of-sale systems is a plus. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills related to sales and customer service. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
