We are looking for a Reservation Sales Manager to connect guests with our exclusive portfolio of multimillion-dollar homes. What You'll Do * Develop a full knowledge of our luxury homes, amenities, and guest services. * Respond to inquiries, build relationships, and convert leads into reservations. * Maintain accurate records of leads, guest interactions, and bookings in the PMS system. * Create and follow up on outbound sales opportunities. * Monitor market trends and adjust strategies to maximize bookings and revenue. * Ensure all listings and booking platforms remain accurate and up to date. * Communicate with guests in a professional, attentive, and service-oriented manner. * Handle multiple priorities while meeting or exceeding sales goals. * Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. * Ensure adherence to company sales policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
