What You 'll Do * Run Ads & Marketing Campaigns * Manage Facebook, Instagram, and Google ads (training provided if needed) * Create engaging posts, stories, and TikTok/Reels content that promotes our brand * Generate & Convert Leads * Respond quickly to incoming leads (phone, email, web forms) * Follow up with prospects to turn inquiries into confirmed moves * Maintain CRM and track conversion rates * Coordinate with Operations * Pass booked jobs to dispatch and confirm scheduling * Follow up after moves for reviews and referrals * Measure & Improve * Track ad performance and report ROI * Suggest ideas for improving campaigns and lead quality What We 're Looking For * 1+ years experience in sales, customer service, or marketing * Comfortable on social media and confident making short-form video content * Strong phone and closing skills * Organized, professional, and self-motivated * (Preferred) Experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or CRM tools Compensation & Benefits * Hourly Base: $15-$17/hr (DOE) * Commission: $50-$100 per booked move (tiered by job size) * Monthly Bonus: $500 for hitting revenue targets Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week Work Location: In person
