Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and passionate Pet Hotel - Dog Training Sales Associate to join our team. This role involves engaging with pet owners, promoting our dog training services, and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in animal care, dog handling, and customer relations, sales, with a genuine love for animals and a desire to help pet owners enhance their pets' behavior and training. Duties * Promote and sell dog training programs and pet care services to clients * Assist pet owners in understanding training options and benefits * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns * Handle dogs safely using proper animal restraint techniques * Support pet grooming, pet sitting, or kennel activities as needed * Assist with animal handling and care duties, including feeding, cleaning, and monitoring pets * Perform heavy lifting when necessary for equipment or supplies * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pet hotel facilities * Educate clients on pet behavior, training techniques, and animal health best practices Qualifications * Experience in dog training, veterinary technician work, or animal handling preferred * Knowledge of pet grooming, pet sitting, or kennel operations is a plus * Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients * Ability to handle animals safely and confidently, including restraint techniques * Previous veterinary assistant or veterinary experience is advantageous * Willingness to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required * Passion for animals and dedication to providing high-quality care and service * Prior experience with animal care or pet training certifications is desirable This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about animals, possess excellent communication skills, and are eager to contribute to a positive experience for both pets and their owners.
