Job Overview We are seeking a motivated Part Time Lead Generation Specialist to join our dynamic sales team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about business development, customer engagement, and technology sales. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential clients through outbound calling, cold and warm calling and referring qualified leads to an experienced regional outside sales team. This position offers flexible hours and an opportunity to develop valuable skills in B2B sales, CRM software, and inside sales environments. Responsibilities * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients using CRM software such as Salesforce to generate leads and build a robust sales pipeline * Engage in warm calling to nurture existing contacts and convert leads into qualified opportunities * Utilize excellent communication skills to present products/services effectively and address client inquiries * Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through professional customer service and consultative selling techniques * Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to align outreach strategies and optimize lead generation efforts * Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and decision-making authority to support the sales team in closing deals * Maintain accurate records of all interactions within CRM systems and provide regular updates on lead status Qualifications * Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or business development roles, preferably within technology or B2B sales environments * A strong personality with the ability to success in sometimes difficult environments * Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Demonstrated ability in outbound calling, warm calling, and customer service techniques * Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and client outreach * Ability to work independently in a part-time capacity while maintaining high levels of motivation and organization * Prior experience in sales, resturant or hospitality sectors Join our team as a Part Time Lead Generation Specialist and contribute to our growth by connecting with potential clients through innovative outreach strategies.
