About the Role Roof King & Restoration is hiring a Sales Team Lead to help lead and grow our sales team. This is a leadership role for someone with real sales management experience who can coach, hold people accountable, and drive performance. We will train the right leader on our process and the roofing side. What You 'll Do * Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales reps (training, ride-alongs, accountability) * Set performance expectations and help reps hit weekly and monthly goals * Monitor pipeline activity and sales metrics to ensure consistent production * Support reps in the field when needed (appointments, inspections, presentations) * Ensure team follow-through on documentation and job handoff to production * Work closely with management to improve scripts, process, and team execution What We 're Looking For * Proven sales management experience (team lead, sales manager, trainer, or supervisor) * Strong ability to coach, motivate, and manage performance * Confident communicator who can lead from the front * Organized, consistent follow-up, and high accountability standards * Valid driver's license and reliable transportation * Roofing experience is helpful, but not required if you have strong leadership and sales management background Why Roof King We are building a sales organization with strong standards, accountability, and systems.
