Overview We are seeking a motivated and personable Sales Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, promote our products, and contribute to a welcoming caring environment. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, sales experience, and a passion for delivering excellent customer service. Duties * Attend meeting and clients interviews to assist enrolling new clients into our program. * Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when handling inquiries or assisting customers remotely. * Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing families and guardians requests and resolve their concerns to their satisfaction. Experience * Previous sales experience, preferably in customer service environments. * Proven ability to perform program demonstrations and upselling techniques effectively. * Strong communication skills coupled with exceptional customer service abilities. * Supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in a retail setting. * Basic math skills necessary for budget monitoring.
