We are looking for a timeshare Exit Call Center Representative that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will call existing timeshare owners, complaints and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior. This is a 100% commission position. Hours of operation Monday - Friday from 9:00 AM -4;00 PM. *This is not a work from home position! Responsibilities * Manage large amounts of outbound calls in a timely manner * Follow communication "scripts" and pass calls to a t/o manager. * Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue and pass your calls to a Senior Representative/Manager to book appointment. * Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile * Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way * Frequently attend educational seminars to improve knowledge and performance level * Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Skills * Previous experience in sales * Track record of over-achieving quotas * Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening * Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types * Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively * Ability to read , write, speak English professionally.
