The Opportunity You'll control the front line of our revenue--turning warm, inbound leads into signed contracts. You'll diagnose motivation, build trust, and create win-win deals that solve problems and make sellers confident, and of course makes our company profitable. You'll start by learning our system as a Setter , then advance to Closer after assisting in 5 wins. Once you're a certified closer here, you'll own your pipeline and make offers independently. What You 'll Do * Engage leads fast: Call new sellers within 60 seconds. Diagnose motivation, connect emotionally, and move with purpose. * Underwrite & analyze: Comp properties, estimate repairs, and calculate offers that make sense for both sides (we'll train you). * Negotiate with confidence: Create certainty for sellers and close deals that hit profit goals. * Keep the CRM tight: Notes, next steps, and follow-ups--no chaos, no clutter. * Improve daily: Roleplay, review, and refine your game with leadership support. Performance Expectations * 4+ deals closed by day 90 * 1:10 lead-to-contract ratio * 70%+ contract close rate * Promotion: Setter -> Closer after assisting in 5 closed deals * Meet or exceed daily standards for talk time, offers, and follow-up activity Who You Are You're the kind of person who gets r estless when you're not producing.
