Responsibilities - Follow a fast-paced, results-driven formulaic sales process. - Develop and execute customized strategic plans. - Engage in warm calling campaigns to connect with referral sources. - Conduct compelling sales presentations with attention to detail to showcase our solutions' value. - Manage existing relationships proactively. - Collaborate with our teams to develop targeted and complex solutions for our valued clients. - Utilize CRM tools such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics for continuous improvement. Experience - 5 years of proven success in following a structured sales process. - A college degree is mandatory; a degree in Finance, Math, or Sciences is highly beneficial. An advanced degree is a strong plus. - Ability to pass a thorough background check. - Must be able to pass a regulator test and obtain the necessary licensing. - Long-term stable success in developing a region, area, or territory. Experience in business development, coupled with the ability to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships, is crucial. Proven time management skills, including scheduling and travel over extended periods, are also essential. Being bi- or multilingual is a plus, as is a broad world experience. Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms for managing customer relationships and sales priorities is highly valued. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are necessary, especially for discussing and presenting complex strategies.
