Role Overview This is a sales role focused on selling off-market investment properties to real estate investors. You will be the primary point of contact for our buyer database, responsible for building relationships, hosting open houses, negotiating assignments, and getting deals closed. If you are competitive, persuasive, and enjoy working with real estate investors, this role has serious earning potential. Responsibilities You will be responsible for: * Managing and growing our active buyer list * Calling and texting investor buyers daily * Presenting properties and fielding questions * Hosting in-person open houses and showings * Negotiating assignment terms with buyers * Working closely with our acquisitions team * Keeping our CRM updated with buyer activity * Following up consistently until deals are closed * Building long-term relationships with repeat investors This is an in-office role in Las Vegas.
