Duties and Responsibilities: * Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals * Generate new business through prospecting, networking, and referrals * Manage and grow existing client relationships to drive repeat business * Prepare and present sales proposals, contracts, and pricing structures * Negotiate terms and close sales in accordance with company policies * Track sales activity, pipeline, and performance using CRM or sales tools * Collaborate with operations, marketing, and leadership to ensure seamless execution of booked business * Attend sales meetings, site tours, trade shows, and networking events as needed * Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and opportunities for growth * Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to leadership * Delivers exemplary hospitality for internal and external guests * Understanding and execution of nightly financial reporting * Exceeds SNHD guidelines while maintaining a clean work environment * Fosters a positive work environment * Maintains healthy relationship with resort leadership * Effectively schedules line level staff to established pars * Must have SNHD Manager Card up to date * Must have TAM card up to date * Cognizant of the importance of waste control and limiting breakage Ideal Candidate: * Minimum 2 years' experience as a manager in full service, moderate to high volume restaurants * Proficient with computers (Microsoft Products), POS and technology * Strong interpersonal skills and financial acumen * Vast product knowledge * Must be on property * Professional verbal and written communication with guests, employees, vendors, and ownership * Must be organized, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong attention to detail * Must be able to stand, lift and bend for extended periods of time * All other duties as assigned
