Full description of the position
Job Description: The Newbury of Brookline, a luxury Signature Collection community by Kisco Senior Living, has an exceptional opportunity available as an Outside Sales/*Business Development Director* to build referral relationships and expand our presence in the Greater Boston area. What will I do every day? * Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare providers, referral partners, and local community influencers. * Attend industry and community networking events to generate qualified referrals. * Assist with special marketing events * Generate community referrals to meet sales targets * Develop networking plans in partnership with the Sales and Home Office Marketing Team to identify and prioritize targeted professionals and other influencers * Maintain Kisco CRM database of influencer contacts * Create, implement and effectively manage the "Business Development" plan and budget * Support the sales office as needed to ensure exceptional service and responsiveness. * What will I need to be successful in this role? * Bachelor's Degree * Two or more years of business development experience preferably in the local community * Knowledge of community influencers and service-oriented groups * Previous experience working with seniors is a plus * Previous sales experience a plus * Strong communication skills What 's in it for me?
