Overview: Aflac is seeking independent professionals to join the Aflac sales team as a Benefits Advisor. We are looking for outgoing, entrepreneurial and motivated individuals to work in an energetic business-to-business sales environment. Bonus opportunities in the first 3 months. *Responsibilities & requirements: Work directly with employers to help solve benefits challenges with our plans and services. Generate sales with company provided leads, personal networking, referrals and cold calls. Conduct engaging sales presentations and enrollments at worksites and remote environments. Provide excellent customer service and claims support to new and existing policyholders. Attend team meetings, product training and mentor sessions. Strong communication, networking and relationship building skills are a plus. Prior sales experience is a plus but not required. Must be 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States without need of visa sponsorship.
