About the Job * Start Date: ASAP * Title: Employee Benefits Account Manager * Term: Direct Hire * Location: Irvine CA (hybrid) * Manager salary range: $80,000 - $100,000/year * Coordinator salary range: $52,000 - $68,000/year * Referral Bonus: $500 Summary: Account Managers collaborate closely with Account Executives to implement and support client employee benefit strategies and programs. They take ownership of managing client service activities and ensuring the efficient day-to-day workflow for an assigned book of business. By building and nurturing strong client relationships, Account Managers play a vital role in delivering exceptional service and fostering client retention This particular role will require occasional travel to Riverside, Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego county. On occasion, depending on where a client is based, it may require travel out of state, this is rare. The training will be in in the Irvine office for 2-4 weeks depending. After training, this role currently only requires two days in office, one in Irvine and one in the office nearest the employee, the remaining days are worked from home. Our office locations are in Irvine, Pasadena, and Corona. A friendly reminder that client works a non-traditional 37 hour work week. Qualifications * Minimum 5 years' employee benefits account management experience in commercial lines insurance * Hold current and valid California Life/Health insurance license Ready to take the next step?
