Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure a positive shopping experience. You will engage with customers, assist with product selections, and contribute to achieving sales goals while maintaining an organised and inviting store environment. Responsibilities * Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in a friendly manner. * Operate the cash register and handle transactions accurately * Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions * Perform print and design tasks using MS Office, MS Publisher * Demonstrate product knowledge through engaging product demos and effective communication. * Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by answering questions and providing recommendations. * Process transactions accurately, including cash handling and credit card processing. * Maintain stock levels by organising merchandise on the sales floor and replenishing inventory as needed. * Ensure the store is clean, organised, and visually appealing to enhance the customer experience. * Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and promote store promotions. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues promptly and professionally. Experience * Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. * Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with customers. * Basic maths skills for handling transactions accurately. * Experience with cash handling is a plus. * Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply as it enhances customer interaction. * A passion for sales and a desire to learn about products to better serve customers is essential.
