Job Summary We are seeking energetic and motivated Roofing, Siding, & Windows Sales Representatives to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, driving growth through proactive outside sales efforts and building strong relationships with clients. Your expertise in business development, customer service, and technical sales will help homeowners and commercial clients enhance their properties with top-quality roofing, siding, and window solutions. Responsibilities * Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients through cold calling, knocking on doors, and other forms of lead generation to expand our customer base. * Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to educate clients on roofing, siding, and window options tailored to their needs. * Manage existing accounts effectively by providing exceptional customer service, follow-up support, and upselling additional products or services. * Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements while meeting company sales targets. * Utilize CRM software such as Acculynx to track leads, manage customer interactions, and generate detailed sales reports for analysis. * Collaborate with marketing teams and management to implement campaigns that increase brand awareness and generate new leads within assigned territories. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales and B2B sales within the home improvement or construction industry. * Strong management skills with the ability to oversee territory sales operations and lead generation initiatives. * Able to be a self-starter and manage your time effectively. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills to build lasting client relationships. * Familiarity with CRM software like Acculynx or other CRM tools for account management and sales tracking. * Ability to conduct product demos confidently while explaining technical features clearly to diverse audiences. * Skilled in territory management, inside sales, cold calling, and direct sales strategies to maximize outreach efforts. * Analytical mindset with the ability to assess market data for strategic decision-making and upselling opportunities.
