You will manage a team focused on account management while fostering relationships with clients to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities * Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company objectives. * Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to enhance performance. * Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities for growth. * Collaborate with the marketing team to create campaigns that effectively promote the Brightstar Brand. * Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer relationships, and reporting on performance metrics. * Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team on product knowledge, sales techniques, and industry trends. * Maintain strong relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Requirements * Minimum 2 years experience in a sales role, preferably within Home Care Industry * Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. * Ability to obtain a Home Care Aid number to enter facilities * Ability to analyze data and market trends to drive strategic decision-making. * Self starter, flexible, with a growth based mindset * A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organizational skills.
