Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and experienced Regional Sales Representative to join our team and expand our presence in Florida. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in concrete block manufacturing, proven industry knowledge, and a successful track record in sales. This role offers a base salary plus commission, providing excellent earning potential for a driven professional. Key Responsibilities * Develop and grow sales within the Florida region. * Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. * Identify opportunities to expand Bergen Industries' market share. * Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and support. * Represent Bergen Industries at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
