Overview This is a structured apprenticeship for individuals committed to becoming full-time real estate professionals. New agents are not onboarded randomly. We onboard in monthly cohorts to ensure training, accountability, and momentum. If you want a real career in real estate and are serious about earning $60,000 in your first year , read carefully. This Role Is For You If: * You are newly licensed or currently in real estate school * You are available full-time * You are coachable and disciplined * You want a clear roadmap, not guesswork * You can commit to weekly execution and training This Is NOT For: * Part-time agents * People "testing" real estate * Those unwilling to follow structure * Anyone who avoids deadlines or accountability Our Apprenticeship Model: * Monthly onboarding cohorts * Daily execution standards * Weekly training and accountability * Clear milestones to first deal * Long-term growth path New agent cohorts begin on the FIRST TUESDAY of each month.
