Sales Professional - Mattress Overstock | Employment Type: Full-time About the Role We're expanding our sales team in the high-growth specialty sleep sector and need driven, high-energy Sales Professionals who thrive in a competitive, performance-driven environment. You'll engage directly with customers, diagnose their sleep issues, overcome objections, and close deals on premium mattresses that deliver real results--products that optimise recovery, boost daily performance, and transform lives while commanding strong margins. This is a true sales role: high activity, clear targets, and uncapped earning potential for those who consistently hit and exceed goals. This is not a cashier position. Compensation * Base pay: $15/hour * Monthly performance bonus: Up to $500 (tied to achievable sales targets) * Per-sale SPIFFs: Extra cash on every mattress sold * Uncapped commission structure - your income scales directly with your results Top performers regularly double their base pay and beyond.
