Responsibilities * Engage with prospects to understand their needs and present suitable products or services. * Upsell existing clients by identifying additional needs and offering relevant solutions. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and follow-up. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align strategies and enhance lead generation efforts. * Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings to effectively position our products. * Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to help shape product development. Experience * Familiarity with retail sales techniques is a plus. * Demonstrated ability in business development with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. * Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly with clients. * Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage leads and track performance. * A proactive approach to problem-solving and overcoming objections during the sales process.
