Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Head of Sales to lead our sales team and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional communication skills, and a proven track record in sales management. This role requires a strategic thinker who can develop effective sales strategies, manage a diverse team, and foster relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Duties * Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company goals. * Lead, train, and mentor the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development. * Oversee recruitment, employee orientation, and training programs for new hires. * Manage inventory control processes and ensure effective inventory management practices are followed. * Monitor retail sales performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed to maximize results. * Collaborate with marketing teams to align promotional efforts with sales objectives. * Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members. * Manage budgeting processes related to sales activities, ensuring alignment with company financial goals. * Maintain strong relationships with key clients through excellent customer service and communication skills. * Supervise daily operations including POS systems, cashiering, merchandising, stocking, and pricing strategies. Qualifications * Proven experience in sales management or retail management with a focus on leadership. * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. * Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clientele. * Experience in recruiting, interviewing, and employee development is essential. * Familiarity with retail math principles and cash handling procedures. * Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail in administrative tasks such as payroll and bookkeeping. * Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. * Demonstrated experience in team management and shift management within a retail setting. * Proficient in customer service practices with a commitment to enhancing the customer experience. * Knowledge of marketing principles as they relate to retail sales is an advantage.
