We love what we do and want to love the people with whom we work. * A talent to make people smile and laugh. * A desire to help others feel good about themselves. * Our name says it all: we want to sugar our clients with love! * A current esthetician or cosmetology license. * A background in waxing and skin care is highly encouraged. A sugaring or laser background is not necessary, but it's a nice perk! * Must be 18 or older. We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Waxing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for beauty and wellness, with expertise in various hair removal techniques. As a Waxing Specialist, you will provide exceptional services to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. Responsibilities * Perform waxing services for various body parts, including eyebrows, legs, arms, and Bikini/Brazilian areas. * Ensure all tools and workstations are sanitized and maintained according to health regulations. * Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable waxing treatments. * Sell memberships and products. * Educate clients on post-wax care and skin maintenance. * Maintain accurate records of client services using salon software. * Attend employee education & development meetings (monthly or bi-monthly) Develop rapport quickly with clientele Skills * Proficiency in various hair removal methods including waxing and hair threading. * Knowledge of cosmetology practices and principles. * Experience with retail sales to effectively promote products and services to clients. * Familiarity with salon software for scheduling and client management. * Additional skills in laser treatment are a plus. * Strong attention to detail with excellent customer service skills. * Ability to create a welcoming environment for clients while ensuring their comfort during services.
