We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction and driving business growth. This is a key role that requires excellent communication, negotiation, and technical sales skills.

Responsibilities

- Develop and execute strategies to meet sales targets and expand our customer base - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, acting as their main point of contact - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products and services - Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities - Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns - Monitor market trends and provide feedback to the management team - Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts Skills - Strong business development skills with a proven track record of achieving sales targets - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals - Technical sales experience in the [industry/sector] - Strong analytical skills to assess market trends and customer needs - Proven ability to build rapport with clients and maintain long-term relationships - Experience in warm calling and generating leads - Knowledge of technology sales is a plus - Leadership skills to effectively manage a team (if applicable) If you are a results-oriented individual with a passion for sales and building client relationships, we would love to hear from you.
