About Us: La Meno Jewelry is a growing jewelry brand based in Irvine, CA. As part of our expansion, we participate in conventions and events across the United States to bring our jewelry directly to customers nationwide. We're looking for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, travel-heavy lifestyle and is passionate about sales. Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Event Sales Manager Assistant to join our team. This role is central to our company's growth and will involve frequent travel to conventions and events across the U.S. (flights, hotels, rental cars, and travel expenses fully covered by the company). Key Responsibilities: Event Sales (Friday -Sunday, Holidays, Travel): * Travel to conventions across the U.S. and represent La Meno at events. * Arrive on time for event setup and assist with booth setup and product display. * Learn and maintain strong product knowledge to maximize sales. * Drive sales through cross-selling, add-on selling, and building customer relationships. * Share brand story and product knowledge to customers * Deliver excellent customer service by engaging every customer with professionalism and enthusiasm. * Keep booth and displays organized and clean throughout the event. * Communicate and collaborate with the sales team and Sales Manager as needed. * Maintain strong work ethics -- always staying attentive and available for customers. * Find out more shows through fellow vendors or customers to continue expanding our reach Weekday Responsibilities (Flexible Schedule): * Prepare and package products to be display-ready for upcoming events. * Restock inventory for events and stores. * Assist with coordination between departments when needed. * Accurately complete forms and documentation related to events. * Read and stay up to date on important event details (emails, setup instructions, parking info, etc.). * Stay informed of any new product launches or company updates. * Assist in other departments (operations, marketing, etc) if needed What We 're Looking For: * Strong sales skills with proven ability to engage and close customers. * Energetic, positive, and adaptable personality who thrives in customer-facing roles. * Must be available to travel frequently (weekends/holidays required). * Reliable, organized, and able to manage time effectively. * Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Ability to lift and move boxes/products for booth setup. * Previous sales or event experience is a plus, but not required if you're willing to learn and grow. Schedule: * Travel/Event Schedule: Thursday-Monday + holidays (required). Thursday & Monday being travel dates, Friday through Sunday being work days * Weekdays: Flexible schedule for restocking and preparation.
