This is a full time, sales based position-however-Grote provides ample training along with additional incentives and bonuses Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Engaging with customers on the sales floor and over the phone as needed to meet the customer's needs. * Successful completion of appropriate paperwork and documentation for all vehicle sales * Participating in test drives with customers * Negotiate car prices and trade-in values for customers' vehicles * Coordinate with the finance department to determine each customer's financing and ownership options * Contact past customers to ensure they are satisfied with their vehicles * All other responsibilities as needed Required Qualifications * High school Diploma/GED/ or educational equivalent * Previous experience in a service, customer facing role such as service industry or food service industry * Prior automotive sales experience welcomed * Valid Driver's license * Proficiency with computers, Microsoft products and web-based software * Ability to work some evenings and Saturdays The ideal candidate would have a passion for helping others get into a nicer and newer vehicle while drawing on past customer service experience to build a rapport with each customer they engage with.
