Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Women's Health Provider Educator / Sales Representative to join our Durable Medical Equipment team in the Houston area. This role involves engaging with healthcare providers, educating them about our insurance covered maternity items, and driving sales through strategic business development in the Houston Territory. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term client relationships with OBGYN clinics and hospital L&D departments. The position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth of our organization by expanding our market presence and fostering valuable partnerships. We are the largest suppler of insurance covered maternity items located in South Texas and Houston is a huge market to expand in. Duties * Conduct face-to-face product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare providers and staff through the total office call. The type of providers and staff may include OBGYNs, Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, Midwives, Lactation Consultants, Patient Coordinators, Office Managers, and Medical Assistants. * Develop and manage a territory, identifying new business opportunities through lead generation and cold calling * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients through account management strategies * Utilize CRM software, customer interactions, and pipeline progress * Educate providers and office staff of our e-prescribing platform and how to process it. * Provide ongoing product education and technical support to providers and staff, ensuring they are fully informed about product features and benefits * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning * Attend industry conferences and networking events to increase brand awareness and generate leads * Work closely with management to develop territory plans and sales strategies aligned with company goals Skills * Proven experience in B2B sales, or sales within a healthcare environment. *Houston OBGYN, L &D, and NICU connections would be a huge plus. * Strong management skills with the ability to handle territory management and account growth * Expertise in business development, lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches * Proficiency in tools for tracking customer interactions and sales pipeline * Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills * Ability to deliver compelling product demos and presentations tailored to client needs * Analytical skills for market research, data analysis, and strategic planning * Completed College with Bachelors degree * Professional attitude and passionate about women's health This position offers an engaging environment for motivated professionals eager to expand their expertise in provider education and strategic sales within a competitive industry.
