Company Overview BORGA Steel Buildings & Components designs, engineers, and manufactures preengineered steel building systems for a wide range of commercial, agricultural, and industrial applications. We partner closely with our customers to deliver costeffective, highquality building solutions backed by strong technical expertise and responsive service. Position Summary BORGA is seeking a highly motivated, resultsdriven Sales Representative to support and grow our preengineered steel building business. This role is responsible for managing customer relationships from initial inquiry through contract execution, coordinating closely with engineering, estimating, and production teams to deliver accurate, competitive building solutions. The ideal candidate is comfortable selling a technical product, managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, and driving sales to meet established targets. Key Responsibilities * Present, promote, and sell preengineered steel buildings and related components to existing and prospective customers using strong product and market knowledge. * Qualify inbound leads and proactively develop new sales opportunities through outbound outreach, followups, and relationship building. * Conduct customer needs assessments, including scope, budget, schedule, and application requirements, to develop appropriate building solutions. * Prepare accurate and timely quotes, proposals, and contracts in coordination with internal estimating and engineering resources. * Clearly communicate product capabilities, value propositions, and technical considerations; conduct product presentations and address customer objections. * Maintain consistent communication with customers throughout the sales process to ensure expectations are aligned and issues are resolved promptly. * Achieve assigned sales targets and performance metrics within established timelines. * Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, opportunities, and sales activity; provide management with regular updates on pipeline status, customer feedback, and competitive activity. * Coordinate with internal departments--including engineering, drafting, production, and logistics--to ensure commitments made during the sales process are achievable and executed properly. * Support continuous improvement efforts by providing market feedback related to pricing, product features, and customer needs. Skills and Qualifications * Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships in a consultative sales environment. * Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to nontechnical customers. * Confidence and persistence to engage customers, manage objections, and close sales. * Excellent organizational and timemanagement skills, with the ability to manage multiple active opportunities. * Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to work crossfunctionally with internal teams. * Proficiency with CRM systems, quoting tools, and standard business software. Preferred Experience * Prior experience selling preengineered metal buildings, construction materials, or other engineered products. * Familiarity with construction terminology, building codes, and project workflows. * Experience working with contractors, developers, architects, or end users in the construction industry. Performance Expectations * Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales goals. * Maintain accurate and uptodate sales forecasts and customer records. * Demonstrate strong product knowledge and professionalism when representing BORGA. * Actively participate in training, feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
