Key Responsibilities

:

• Proactively reach out to potential dealers through outbound and warm calls to showcase our products and services.
• Identify dealer needs and deliver tailored recommendations that drive value and results.
• Build strong relationships by providing outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Work closely with the sales & marketing team to align strategies and achieve company-wide goals.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements

:

• Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident making outbound and warm calls to build relationships and drive results.
• Professional, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset.
• Passion for or familiarity with the firearms or outdoor industry is a plus.
