Key Responsibilities: * Proactively reach out to potential dealers through outbound and warm calls to showcase our products and services. * Identify dealer needs and deliver tailored recommendations that drive value and results. * Build strong relationships by providing outstanding service and ensuring customer satisfaction. * Consistently hit or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. * Work closely with the sales & marketing team to align strategies and achieve company-wide goals. * Adhere to all company policies and procedures. Requirements: * Experience in inside sales, customer service, or account management preferred. * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Confident making outbound and warm calls to build relationships and drive results. * Professional, positive attitude with a customer-first mindset. * Passion for or familiarity with the firearms or outdoor industry is a plus. * Military Background is a plus.
