As an Internet Enrollment Trainee , you will be immersed in the fundamentals of sales, customer engagement, and Frontier's industry-leading products. The Internet Enrollment Trainee will be responsible for: * Interact directly with customers in a sales capacity, applying learned techniques to enroll them in Frontier's services. * Learn and execute the full sales cycle, from initial approach to finalizing the enrollment process. * Develop and demonstrate proficiency in presenting and selling a suite of residential telecom products. * Assist customers in selecting the best plans and services to fit their specific household needs. * Participate in daily training sessions to refine your sales pitch and product knowledge. * Shadow top performers to learn proven strategies for success. * Accurately process enrollments and ensure a smooth customer onboarding experience. * Contribute to team goals while building your own portfolio of sales achievements.
