Jester FEC Corp Job Title: Call Center Attendant Reports To: Call Center Supervisor / Guest Services Manager Location: Lexington, KY Job Type: Full-time / Part-time available Schedule: Evenings & weekends required Position Summary Malibu Jack's is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented Call Center Attendant to be the first point of contact for guests across all locations. This role is key to delivering exceptional customer service , assisting with party and event reservations , responding to inquiries, and helping drive revenue through effective communication. Key Responsibilities Inbound Calls & Guest Inquiries * Answer incoming calls promptly, professionally, and courteously * Provide accurate information about park hours, pricing, policies, and offerings * Direct inquiries to the appropriate department or location as needed * Deliver excellent guest services and ensure a positive first impression Sales & Party Bookings * Assist guests with booking birthday parties, group events, and special packages * Follow scripts and sales prompts to promote upsells , memberships, and additional services * Maintain up-to-date knowledge of current promotions, party packages, and availability * Enter bookings accurately into the reservation system Email Monitoring & Response * Monitor and respond to company-wide emails, including inquiries, booking questions, and guest feedback * Route emails to the appropriate managers or departments when necessary * Ensure timely, professional responses in accordance with company standards System & Data Entry * Update and verify guest information, party details, and calendar availability * Maintain accurate records in the CRM system or reservation software * Assist in reporting and tracking guest bookings and inquiries Customer Service Support * Handle guest concerns and complaints with empathy and professionalism * Escalate unresolved issues to management in a timely manner * Maintain a positive, helpful attitude in all customer interactions Qualifications * Previous experience in a call center , customer service , or sales environment preferred * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Comfortable managing high call volumes and multitasking * Basic computer and email proficiency; experience with reservation or CRM systems a plus * Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately * Positive, friendly, and guest-focused attitude * Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Work Environment * Frequent use of phone, headset, and computer systems * Ability to sit or stand for extended periods during shifts Why Work at Malibu Jack 's * Be part of a fun, dynamic team in a family entertainment environment * Opportunities to learn and grow in guest services , call center operations , and sales * Gain experience handling high-volume guest interactions while building strong communication and problem-solving skills
