Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team for evening shifts a few days per week (4pm -8 or 9 pm). The ideal candidate will have customer service experience, preferably in the fitness or martial arts industry. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn. Bonus if you have martial arts experience or an interest in martial arts! Responsibilities * Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor. * Manage check-ins and other front desk operations * Learn our ranking system to hand out stripes / promotions as needed * Process payments for retail purchases, memberships, etc * Sell memberships confidently * Make calls to prospects / leads to schedule complimentary intro sessions * Help with light cleaning such as laundry, restocking bathrooms, etc Qualifications * Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred. * Experience with CRM systems. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with guests. * Strong phone skills and proficiency in basic computer systems * Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed. Starting pay is $20 / hour plus commissions on memberships and private training sessions sold. Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $20.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
