The Opportunity We're seeking a licensed Client Advisor who enjoys building relationships, thinking strategically about risk, and helping clients make informed decisions about their coverage. This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond transactional service and play an active role in protecting clients, strengthening accounts, and contributing to a high-standard agency culture. What You 'll Be Responsible For * Serve as a trusted point of contact for personal lines clients, guiding them through coverage decisions, policy changes, and claims-related questions * Conduct proactive account reviews to identify coverage gaps, risk exposure, and opportunities to improve protection * Quote, bind, and follow up on home and auto policies with a consultative, client-first approach * Confidently discuss coverage options, trade-offs, and cost--helping clients understand why recommendations matter * Maintain accurate client records and documentation using CRM and Microsoft Office tools * Collaborate with team members to ensure a consistent, high-quality client experience This role requires comfort with initiating conversations , making recommendations, and using professional judgment--not simply reacting to inbound requests.
