As we continue to expand, we're looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Account Executive in the Harrisburg, PA area to join our dynamic sales team. This is an excellent opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced and rewarding environment! Basic Job Functions:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact through proposal development and closing deals.
- Meet with agricultural and land-development prospects, including farms, wineries, solar energy projects, and other commercial landowners to provide education on the benefits of Farm Drainage and the services our company provides.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across a diverse portfolio of rural, agricultural, and infrastructure-related projects.
- Remain compliant with Alleghany Services policies and procedures, especially as they relate to sales activities and client engagement.
- Prepare and submit monthly progress reports to leadership, including key performance indicators and results related to closed business and anticipated new opportunities within the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate closely with Alleghany's internal Engineering and Construction teams to align on company goals, project feasibility, and execution strategies. Additional

- Ensure all company safety regulations are upheld.

- Agricultural Sales Experience Preferred. Annual salary plus a monthly commission structure. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
