Job Description

BroadPharm is a fast-growing biotech company in San Diego, specializing in manufacturing and supplying PEG linkers, ADC linkers, biochemical reagents, drug delivery lipids, and customer services worldwide. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Client Relationship Specialist with solid biochemistry knowledge to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills to build the relationship with customers.

Responsibilities

• Building solid relationships with key customers and exploring new customers.
• Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling
• Understanding customers' R&D projects and addressing their needs.
• Responding to customer needs quickly and efficiently.
• Knowing company's competition and strategizing accordingly to develop high level of collaboration with clients
• Keeping customers updated on company's latest products in order to increase sales.
• Meeting with company managers to plan strategically.
• Implementing customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities to generate revenue.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• BS or Master Degree in Organic Chemistry or Biochemistry is required, previous experience in biotech preferred
• Proven work experience in a sales or marketing position
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and/ or Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Ability to work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
