Job Description BroadPharm is a fast-growing biotech company in San Diego, specializing in manufacturing and supplying PEG linkers, ADC linkers, biochemical reagents, drug delivery lipids, and customer services worldwide. We are looking for a highly motivated Sales & Client Relationship Specialist with solid biochemistry knowledge to join our Sales & Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have solid communication skills to build the relationship with customers. Responsibilities * Building solid relationships with key customers and exploring new customers. * Expanding the customer base by upselling and cross-selling * Understanding customers' R&D projects and addressing their needs. * Responding to customer needs quickly and efficiently. * Knowing company's competition and strategizing accordingly to develop high level of collaboration with clients * Keeping customers updated on company's latest products in order to increase sales. * Meeting with company managers to plan strategically. * Implementing customer analysis to identify trends and opportunities to generate revenue. * Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications * BS or Master Degree in Organic Chemistry or Biochemistry is required, previous experience in biotech preferred * Proven work experience in a sales or marketing position * Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. * Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction * Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and/ or Customer Relationship Management (CRM) * Ability to work independently Job Type: Full-time Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Benefits: * 401(k) * Dental insurance * Health insurance * Life insurance * Paid time off * Vision insurance Work Location: Hybrid remote in San Diego, CA 92121
