Duties * Assist customers in identifying and selecting the correct heavy truck parts to meet their needs, utilizing product knowledge and technical expertise. * Manage inventory levels efficiently through inventory management systems, ensuring stock availability and accurate order fulfillment. * Discuss diagnostics and vehicle maintenance assessments to recommend appropriate parts and solutions. * Process sales transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments with professionalism. * Maintain organized stock shelving, monitor inventory control, and ensure proper stocking procedures are followed for easy access and safety. * Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries via phone or in person, demonstrating strong communication skills and product knowledge. * Uphold corporate standards by adhering to safety protocols and best practices.
