Job Overview *1099 COMMISSION ONLY* We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Construction Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities and managing existing client relationships within the construction industry. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, technical knowledge, and the ability to effectively promote our products and services through various sales channels. The Construction Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence and driving revenue growth through strategic territory management and customer engagement. Duties * Identify and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, and market research to expand the customer base. * Manage a designated territory by developing strategic plans for account growth and retention. * Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations tailored to client needs, highlighting features and benefits. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners to foster long-term business collaborations. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales trends. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to close deals effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support lead generation efforts. * Upsell additional products or services to existing clients to maximize revenue opportunities. * Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. * Prepare detailed sales reports, forecasts, and analysis for management review. Skills * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales within the construction or related industries. * Strong management skills with experience in territory management and account management. * Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. * Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for lead tracking and customer relationship management. * Ability to conduct product demos effectively and explain technical features clearly. * Skilled in business development strategies including lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales approaches. * Knowledge of marketing principles relevant to retail sales and inside sales environments. * Analytical skills for market analysis, sales forecasting, and performance evaluation. * Experience in upselling, product presentation, and closing sales deals efficiently.
