Duties * Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients, utilizing warm calling techniques to generate interest and nurture leads * Present and promote our home improvement products and services effectively, emphasizing their value to potential customers * Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales activities within CRM software * Collaborate with marketing teams to follow up on campaigns and convert leads into appointments * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction Experience * Proven experience in telemarketing, appointment setting inside sales, or outbound calling roles, preferably within home services / home improvement sales environments * Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers effectively * Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written * Experience in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer data management * Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
