Pay Details: The starting base pay for a Licensed Sales Consultant (DOE) is: $47,840 Average first year earnings range from $65K-$75K through a combination of base pay and generous commission. Location: This position is 100% onsite at 918 N Citrus Ave Covina, CA 91722 What You Will Do: The Sales Consultant is an inside sales role with a focus on building a book of business by quoting and binding policies, closing new sales opportunities through inbound leads, cross-selling, generating customer referrals, and following through on other warm lead sources. The Sales Consultant will sell new business by building relationships with customers, identifying their needs, and offering a customized insurance solution from our portfolio of 100+ carriers. Requirements for this role include an upbeat and positive attitude, proficiency in multitasking, strong follow-through, and excellent communication skills.
