Automotive Internet Sales Associate Bob Bell Nissan / Kia Bob Bell Automotive Group is seeking motivated Internet Sales Associates to join our growing sales team. If you enjoy working with people, are tech- savvy, and have the drive to succeed, this is an excellent opportunity to build a rewarding career with a family-owned dealership. Responsibilities: * Respond promptly to all internet inquiries, including email leads and phone calls. * Engage with online leads to schedule appointments for vehicle demonstrations. * Guide customers to product information and resources, both online and in-store. * Accurately deliver customer inquiries and messages to the appropriate sales staff or department. * Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach at all times. Qualifications: * Strong verbal and written communication skills. * Self-motivated and driven to meet and exceed goals. * Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and CRM systems. * Prior automotive or sales experience is a plus, but not required. * Goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
