Sales & Marketing Director Vista Corona Senior Living - Corona, CA $70k - 80k Salary + Commission ($1,000 -$4,000+/month potential) Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? With a strong commitment to revitalizing our community through thoughtful renovations and a fresh, resident-centered vision, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Director to help lead the way. About the Role As our Sales & Marketing Director, you will be the face of our community-- responsible for building relationships with prospective residents and their families, managing inquiries and tours, and driving occupancy through strong local outreach and creative marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities * Respond to and manage all sales inquiries and conduct community tours. * Build strong referral relationships with local hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, and senior agencies * Plan and execute marketing events and outreach activities. * Follow up with leads while building a strong, consistent pipeline. * Maintain CRM records and ensure consistency within our databases.; cloud filing software, EHR. * Partner with leadership to develop and implement marketing strategies. * Help shape the narrative of our newly reimagined community. What We 're Looking For * Experience in senior living sales, healthcare marketing, or a related field preferred * Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a team-player attitude * Comfortable working in a changing environment with big growth potential * Familiarity with the local market in and around Corona is a plus Compensation * Hourly Pay: $25 -$30/hour * Commission: $1,000 -$4,000+ per month potential * Opportunity for growth with a high-performing, hands-on ownership team Why Join Us?
