Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting and selling our products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our customers. Duties: - Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need - Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns - Recommend additional items to enhance the customer's purchase - Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise - Meet or exceed sales goals on a regular basis - Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster repeat business Skills: - Strong organizational skills to effectively manage inventory and merchandise displays - Excellent sales skills with the ability to persuade and sell products - Proficient in English with strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Knowledge of retail math for accurate cash handling and transactions - Experience in technology sales or electronics sales is preferred but not required - Ability to communicate effectively over the phone with proper phone etiquette If you are passionate about sales, have excellent communication skills, and enjoy working in a fast-paced retail environment, we would love to hear from you.
