Adelphia Seafood, a regional seafood distributor with over 75 years of industry experience, is seeking a full-time Inside Sales Account Manager to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast- paced environment, enjoys building relationships, and is eager to learn the seafood sales industry from the inside out. We're looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused individual who can contribute to our sales and marketing efforts while delivering exceptional service to our wholesale clients. What You 'll Do * Prospect and generate leads for new B2B sales opportunities in the wholesale seafood market * Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell potential * Collaborate with the sales team to expand regional sales performance * Ensure a high level of customer service and follow-through What We 're Looking For * Proven track record in customer service or inside sales (2+ years preferred) * Strong ability to generate leads and follow through on meetings and opportunities * Energetic, professional, and goal-driven with excellent communication skills * Self-starter who thrives in a dynamic sales environment * Highly organized and tech-savvy (CRM experience is a plus) * Bilingual in Spanish/English is a plus * Food industry sales experience is a plus * Must be able to work some weekends * Must possess basic math skills and present a neat, professional appearance This is your opportunity to grow with a company that values persistence, professionalism, and a desire to excel.
